Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Customer Servicing Architecture team. You’ll shape the technical direction for Customer Servicing systems, align with CIO strategies, and work across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasises data, resolutions, and migrations related to the Virgin Money integration, with a strong focus on resilience, security and modernisation. Hybrid working is supported with two days on site at Swindon or London.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of architecting solutions for complex domains.
• Hands-on delivery experience across large programmes.
• Strong judgement and knowledge of the customer servicing domain.
• Experience with data, migrations and integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for Customer Servicing systems.
• Shape solution options and ensure CIO deliveries align to strategy.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver resilient solutions.
