Job summary

A rapidly growing broadband provider in the UK is seeking a driven legal professional to join their Legal team. You will lead negotiations on wayleaves, easements, and leases for rural broadband expansion. Ideal candidates are qualified solicitors with at least two years PQE, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of property law. Qualifications

• Solid understanding of property law, knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and completion of wayleaves, easements, and leases for the fibre network.
• Oversee the progress of bespoke wayleave agreements and ensure timely completions.
• Negotiate directly with solicitors acting for landowners.
• Support and guide Rural Planners on land access and legal queries.
• Assist with Land Registry queries when needed.
