We are seeking a skilled and motivated solicitor with experience in Court of Protection welfare law to join our Public Law and Human Rights team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cases that directly affect the lives of vulnerable individuals, safeguarding their rights and ensuring their voices are heard in complex decisions about health, care, and personal welfare.
From the outset, you will manage your own caseload, supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of our nationally recognised department.
