Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking an experienced property litigation lawyer to manage a caseload for social landlords, local authorities and private landlords in London. The role combines independent casework with supervising junior staff and contributing to client training and business development.

You will handle service charge disputes, breach of lease claims, lease interpretation, and advising on building and fire safety matters, within a large, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in housing or property litigation.
• CILEx lawyers need civil litigation practice rights.
• Ability to run a caseload independently, supervise others and communicate well.
