Job description

One of Scandinavia's fastest growing succession law firms with operations in Ireland, Spain and Sweden is looking to expand in the UK. They are looking for an experienced Solicitor (England and Wales Qualified) who has a strong background in Succession Law, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Enduring Powers of Attorney. They also need someone who is willing to take on a broader leadership role as a Country Manager.

This is a permanent, full-time role, offering the flexibility to work anywhere in the UK.

What you'll be doing as Solicitor:

• Leading the UK implementation of succession and probate services within the digital platform.
• Ensuring compliance with UK legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including wills and enduring powers of attorney.
• Providing expert and legal advice to clients.
• Collaborating with legal, operational and technology teams across Europe to align practices.
• Implementing innovative technology to modernise traditional legal administration.
• Overseeing local business operations ensuring all procedures meet SRA and HMRC standards.
• Managing the UK team.

We're looking for a Solicitor with:

• A relevant qualification and experience in succession and probate law.
• Proven ability in drafting wills, EPA's and estate planning documents.
• Strong understanding of UK legal and regulatory frameworks (SRA and others)
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools
