Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters (Inheritance Act, will disputes, executor disputes).
• Handle claims involving undue influence and capacity issues.
• Collaborate with Private Client team to leverage referrals and existing client relationships.
• Provide clear and effective advocacy in disputes and court settings where applicable.
• Deliver accurate, timely advice to clients and maintain meticulous file management.
