Job summary

Taylor Rose is seeking legal professionals to join a consultancy on a fee-sharing basis, with the option to work from home, in offices, or both. The role targets solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years PQE in residential or commercial property and offers control over clients, fees, hours, and volume of work.

Earn up to 75% of what you bill, with your split not dropping below 70%. Benefit from nationwide offices, access to accreditations and lender panels, and dedicated support

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in residential or commercial property
• Expertise in property law across private/public sectors
• Able to work on consultancy/fee-sharing basis and manage own client load

Responsibilities

• Join consultancy on a fee-sharing basis and manage your own client base
• Negotiate and oversee property transactions
• Provide specialist advice in residential and/or commercial property matters
