Fletchers Group in Northampton seeks a Solicitor/CILEX at Grade C to support the Serious Injury Department. You will handle a complex caseload exceeding £500,000, spanning RTA, EL, PL and OL matters, from inception to conclusion, and supervise paralegals within a growing team.
The role requires a proven track record in high-value serious injury work, CPL/CPR knowledge, and strong client care. Hybrid working and travel may be required; commitment to deadlines and quality standards is essential.

Purpose of Role:
The successful candidate will support the lead fee earner with at least one Paralegal and will be responsible for dealing with a complex and diverse caseload of catastrophic cases with a value exceeding £500,000, including RTA, EL, PL and OL matters. You must have a proven track record of successfully assisting on cases at this level and be able to support the progress of such cases from inception to conclusion, in line with company policies and legal requirements.
