This leading entertainment law firm sits at the centre of the UK's film and television industry. Advising award‑winning producers, international streamers and major studios, their renowned Film & TV team continues to grow and they're now seeking a talented and ambitious Associate (0‑3 PQE) to join their team in London's West End.

The Role

This is a standout opportunity to work at the cutting edge of the entertainment world, supporting some of the most high‑profile and creative projects in film and television.

You'll collaborate with industry‑leading lawyers on complex, often international transactions that shape what audiences see on screen.

You'll work closely with senior lawyers across the full spectrum of film and TV matters, including:

  • Advising producers, financiers, and studios on financing, production, and distribution deals.
  • Structuring and negotiating multi‑party transactions, co‑productions, and investment agreements.
  • Drafting and reviewing bespoke production and financing documentation.
  • Providing clear, strategic legal advice throughout the lifecycle of a project - from development to delivery.
  • Liaising with counterpart solicitors, clients, and key stakeholders to drive transactions forward.
  • Supporting partners with business development and client relationship initiatives.
What You'll Need to Bring
  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ‑3 PQE).
  • Experience in film, television, or media finance law (private practice or in‑house).
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a strong commercial instinct.
  • An ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with precision.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment sector.
  • Confidence engaging directly with clients and contributing to high‑value transactions.
  • Interest in adopting new technologies, including responsible use of AI, to streamline workflow.
