Job summary

Maxwell Hodge Limited is recruiting a Solicitor Apprentice to join our Litigation teams in the UK. You will study toward your qualification while gaining hands-on experience, supported by experienced fee earners through a structured 6-year development programme.

Responsibilities include assisting solicitors with a varied caseload, client communication, drafting documents, and legal research as you progress through the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Support solicitors and fee earners with a varied caseload (medical negligence, personal injury, disputes, debt recovery).
• Communicate with clients and provide excellent client care.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents.
• Prepare case files and bundles.
• Undertake legal research.
• Liaise with courts, barristers, experts and third parties.
• Manage administrative tasks to progress cases.
• Develop legal knowledge through a structured apprenticeship programme.
