An excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Protection and Cyber lawyer to join a high-performing specialist team at a Top 200 firm, with a fully remote working model and a consistent pipeline of complex, high value data and cyber matters.

The Role

You will join a well-established and high-performing specialist team of five to six lawyers handling complex and high-value data and cyber matters, with responsibility for both collaborative team-based work and managing your own caseload alongside the Head of Department on technically challenging instructions and strategic client advisory work.

Your work will cover data protection regulations, privacy compliance, freedom of information issues, data sharing arrangements and related cyber incidents. The workflow is consistent and reliable, underpinned by the firm's close relationship with a major insurer and a well-established client base that generates a steady stream of quality instructions, making this an unusually stable and well-resourced platform for a specialist in this area.
