Role Overview

You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, working closely with senior solicitors and partners on more complex matters. This is a varied role offering hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of private family law, advising and representing clients in relation to:

Responsibilities

• Divorce and separation
• Financial settlements and asset division
• Children matters (private law)
• Nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation disputes
• Attending client meetings, court hearings and conferences
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Engaging in settlement negotiations and mediation where appropriate
• Building strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication
• Assisting with business development and networking opportunities, beautiful location in Henley‑on‑Thames, Marlow & Beaconsfield, with flexible working considered
• Direct mentoring from experienced family law specialists
• Real involvement in the business and client base from day one
