Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across Family Law, Litigation, Employment, and Business Law.
• Work collaboratively with a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor to deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
• Provide a high standard of legal care and client service at all times.
• Support and mentor junior team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate strong leadership as a positive, energetic, and proactive senior team member.
• Bring in new client cases and contribute to the firm’s business development.
• Maintain excellent legal practice standards, regulatory compliance, and client confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
