A leading medical device manufacturer in Gloucester is looking for Soldering & Mechanical Assembly Technicians for their state-of-the-art facility. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly with a strong background in electromechanical systems. Selexa Life Sciences are exclusively partnered with a market‑leading Medical Device manufacturer based in Cheltenham, who are continuing to grow their team within a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility.

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers and Soldering Technicians to join their skilled production department, working on the build and assembly of complex electromechanical devices that truly make a difference.

What we're looking for:
  • At least 2 years' hands‑on experience in mechanical assembly
  • Background working on complex electromechanical systems
  • Ability to confidently follow work instructions and technical drawings
  • Strong communicator, able to work collaboratively to overcome challenges
  • Excellent punctuality and reliability
  • Basic computer literacy
