Please note this is a commission based only role, there is no base salary.

Emerald Green Energy Ltd, a leading force in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires you to visit customers in their homes to demonstrate energy saving products and battery storage systems, no cold calling required all appointments are made for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with industry players who can provide consistent leads for the business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring each lead is followed up, qualified, and converted into successful deals. Track interactions and sales progress using CRM systems.
  • Sales Reporting: Report on sales performance, tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to management. Support strategic sales planning to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and installation teams, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead progress, client interactions, and sales conversions. Ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and preparing relevant documentation. Help with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, drafting contracts, and managing sales documentation.
  • Meeting Coordination: Help with internal and external meeting scheduling, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative duties. Previous experience with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
  • Travel Flexibility: Must hold a valid UK driving licence. Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary (approximately 10-20% of the time).
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is comfortable making a high volume of sales calls, managing their own time, and working independently to meet sales targets.
