Ash Consulting are working with a well-established local family-run company specialising in Solar PV and Battery Storage solutions. They have been helping homeowners and businesses cut their energy bills and transition to cleaner energy for over 10 years and operate from a local head office and strategic branch outlets across the UK.
They are now expanding their solar sales team and are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong track record in business development and relationship management.

Role Overview

We seek to appoint an experienced Solar Sales Representative to join their Sheffield team. The appointee will be meeting 2–4 pre-booked appointments per day and offering customers tailored solar solutions. If you're a confident closer who thrives in a professional sales environment, this is your opportunity to good money in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend 2–4 pre-qualified sales appointments each day (Mon–Fri).
  • Conduct B2B and in-home energy consultations and assess customer needs.
  • Present solar PV and battery solutions in a clear, engaging way.
  • Close sales and follow up with customers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct face-to-face sales.
  • Proven background in closing B2B and residential deals (e.g. solar sector ideally).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
