KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting for a Solar Roof Installer in Coventry. You will join an expanding residential solar PV team, delivering high-quality installations with ongoing training and clear progression into a growing renewable energy division.

The role offers a £40,000 annual salary, a permanent, full-time contract, and extensive benefits including a 5% pension and 33 days holiday. You will work in a 2–3 person crew, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Solar PV installation experience is essential.
• Background in roofing work is required.
• CSCS card and Working at Height certification are essential.
• Valid full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong health and safety understanding and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities

• Install Solar PV systems on residential properties as part of a 2–3 person team.
• Install roof mounting systems and solar panels on domestic properties.
• Prepare roofs, remove/replace tiles as needed.
• Work safely at height and use hand/power tools.
• Assist electrical colleagues during installations and perform site safety checks.
• Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at customers' homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solar Roof Installer to join a growing team, with excellent job security, ongoing training and genuine opportunities to progress as the division expands.

The Role

• Working as part of a 2-3 person installation team, you'll be responsible for installing Solar PV systems on residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Installing roof mounting systems and Solar PV panels on domestic properties
• Preparing roofs, including removing and replacing tiles where required
• Working safely at height
• Using hand and power tools
• Supporting electrical colleagues during installations
• Carrying out site safety checks and maintaining a tidy working environment
• Completing installations efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Providing excellent customer service when working at customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Previous Solar PV installation experience - ESSENTIAL
• Previous roofing experience
• CSCS Card
• Working at Height certification
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
