Electrical Engineer - Solar

Location - Remote

Work pattern - On site

Our expert teams - including Project Solutions, Building Services, Display, and Logistics - work together to manage every aspect of retail environments, from initial design and manufacturing to installation and ongoing support.

We are currently looking for a O&M Electrical Engineer to support our M&E team, this is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to flourish in a collaborative, supportive and customer focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and electrical testing of existing Solar PV installations.
  • Analyse on-site test results in conjunction with data from remote monitoring systems to identify performance issues.
  • Carry out remedial works to maintain optimal system generation, including replacement of isolators, inverters, and PV modules.
  • Complete all work-related documentation accurately, maintain detailed logs, and schedule routine and reactive inspections.
  • Obtain quotes and liaise with suppliers for the procurement of replacement parts and equipment.
  • Report all findings, actions taken, and recommendations to the O&M management team within agreed SLA timeframes.
