Optio Resourcing is seeking a Solar Engineer to join our growing renewables team in Castleford, Wakefield. You will install, commission and maintain solar PV and battery systems on commercial rooftops, carry out testing and fault finding, and complete certification and handover documentation.
The role requires a current UK Driving Licence, 18th Edition and solar PV qualifications, and a proactive approach to safety when working at height.
Qualifications
- Experience in solar PV installation or maintenance.
- Current UK driving licence is essential.
- 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge and solar PV qualifications.
- CSCS, IPAF or PASMA are desirable.
Responsabilités
- Install, commission and maintain solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Carry out testing, inspection and fault finding.
- Complete certification and handover documentation.
- Work safely at height on commercial roof installations.
