Qualifications

• Have at least two years of experience in installation and maintenance of electrical systems for Solar PV sites.
• Hold a vocational qualification in the electrical industry.
• Have additional certifications such as Level 3 BS7671:2018.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and remedial work on solar PV plants.
• Manage subcontractors onsite and assist with quotations.
• Conduct annual testing and inspections of AC equipment.

Skills

Experience in maintenance of solar PV plants

Familiarity with AC/DC electrical test equipment

Understanding of Health & Safety standards

Education

Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical Installation

Vocational qualification (NVQ LV3) in electrical industry

National Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 certificate
