Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in London, Kent and the Southeast is recruiting an experienced Solar PV Electrician to install and commission solar PV systems across domestic and commercial sites. The role offers a strong pipeline of work, manufacturer training, and clear opportunities to develop skills.

The package includes £55,000 basic salary, bonus, overtime, van, and comprehensive benefits. You will work across London, Kent and the Southeast with a focus on safe, high-standard installations.

Qualifications

• Proven Solar PV installation experience.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Installing and commissioning Solar PV systems.
• Installing battery storage and EV charging systems.
• Carrying out electrical inspection and testing.
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
• Completing servicing, maintenance and remedial works.
• Completing technical documentation and service reports.
• Ensuring work complies with BS 7671 and relevant standards.
• Maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
