Morson Edge is seeking a motivated Entry Level Solar Installer to join a leading UK commercial and industrial rooftop solar provider. This permanent role offers a Monday to Thursday working pattern with regular nationwide travel and overnight stays, typically four nights per week. Designed for individuals starting their career in solar installation, the role provides structured training, on-site learning, and close support from experienced installers. Responsibilities include assisting with roof preparation, materials handling, DC cable installation, and maintaining a safe, organised working environment. The role requires adherence to site protocols, method statements, and health and safety standards. Training includes completion of onboarding health and safety modules, Working at Height training, and enrolment in the Elevate training programme. This position offers a clear pathway for long-term career development within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support solar installation activities under direct supervision
