Job summary

Equitix Management Services (EMS) is a market-leading administrator of solar assets, seeking a Technical Operations Manager to manage day-to-day solar site portfolios and perform data driven performance analyses. The role involves working with service providers, interpreting performance reports, and ensuring contractual compliance across PPAs, grid connections, and plans.

The successful candidate will report to the Solar Subsector Lead, balance multiple projects, and engage in business

Qualifications

• Technical solar site experience is required or advantageous.
• Proficient data analysis skills and interpretation of performance data.
• Contract management experience with strong commercial acumen.
• Good communicator with ability to build relationships.
• Able to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day asset management of multiple solar sites.
• Prepare and submit KPI and board reports to the client.
• Analyze performance data including SCADA and service provider reports.
• Coordinate with O&M contractors and manage warranty processes.
• Support on contractual obligations: PPAs, grid connections, planning, leases, and MSAs.
• Develop plans and optimise contractor performance and project execution.
