Zuno Tech Group is seeking a Solar Designer to join our Leeds office. The role focuses on planning solar and battery storage installations before engineers arrive, reviewing property information, and ensuring engineers have everything they need for successful installations.

No solar experience is required as training will be provided. You should be organized, enjoy problem solving and be keen to learn about renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Interest in technology, engineering or renewable energy.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Previous solar/electrical/construction/engineering experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Review property information and surveys to help plan installations.
• Check products and materials are suitable for each job.
• Ensure engineers have the right equipment and information.
• Help resolve technical issues and support engineers.
• Keep job records accurate and communicate with the wider team.
• Learn and apply solar installation standards and manufacturer guidelines.
