MJ Quinn is seeking a Site Supervisor for renewable energy projects in the UK. You will supervise subcontractors, oversee daily site operations, ensure safe working practices, and report progress to the Project Manager.

Required 3–5 years in site supervision, Ground Mount Solar Farm experience, SMSTS and First Aid. IOSH/NEBOSH desirable. Reading drawings and UK regs understood. On-site role with parking and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in site supervision, renewables or large-scale solar PV.
• Ground Mount Solar Farm experience essential.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce safety standards.
• SMSTS certification essential; First Aid qualification required.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of UK construction and renewable energy regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise subcontractors.
• Ensure HSQE standards and deliver toolbox talks.
• Ensure CDM compliance and safety policies.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Project Manager.
• Identify risks and report delays promptly.
• Be on-site point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support client visits and provide site progress updates.
• Verify workmanship meets specs and regulatory standards.
• Assist with snagging and quality checks before project completion.
