Solar Xtra Ltd is expanding its field sales team in the Midlands, seeking confident canvassers to generate qualified appointments for residential solar PV and battery storage. No prior solar experience is required as full training is provided, with performance-based earnings and immediate starts.

You will work in designated territories across West Midlands and East Midlands, speaking with homeowners to create interest, qualify leads, and book free home consultations.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to work in residential territories and speak with homeowners.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred, with access to a vehicle.

We are expanding our field sales team and looking forconfident, ambitious and motivated Solar Canvassers / Appointment Setters.. No solar experience is required – full training is provided...

The Role.

This is anappointment-setting role, not a solar closing role.. You will work in designated residential territories, speak with homeowners about Solar PV and Battery Storage and arrangeFREE home consultationsfor interested customers.. Our Renewable Energy Consultants handle the survey, system design, quotation and final sale.. Your role: Speak to homeowners → Create interest → Qualify → Book the consultation → Get paid.

Targeted Territories & Realistic Results.

We don't simply send our canvassers out to random streets.. We targetcarefully selected residential areas that we believe offer some of the strongest opportunities for Solar PV and Battery Storage... Based on our current field activity, we are seeing approximately5–10 appointments generated per 100 doors knocked.. Results will vary depending on territory, working hours, individual performance and customer engagement, and these figures are not guaranteed..

Commission

Commission£30. for every qualified appointment that takes place. PLUS. £350. for every completed installation generated from your appointments. UNCAPPED COMMISSION – NO EARNINGS CEILING. For example,15 attended appointments in a week = £450 appointment commission, before any installation bonuses are added..

Earnings Potential.

Good performers:£30,000+. Strong performers:£50,000–£60,000+. Top performers:£80,000+ potential. Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed..

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred..
