• Strong experience with Windows Client & Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with test planning and UAT management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Test customer solutions before deployment.
• Assist with user training and UAT support.
• Write SQL scripts and work with XML/XSL.
• Provide ongoing customer support post-go-live.
