develop, based in Fareham, is hiring a QA Engineer focused on manual testing across mobile (Flutter), web, and internal platforms. You’ll join the in-house engineering team on a full-time, onsite basis, helping ensure quality from feature kickoff to release.

This role suits a junior to mid-level QA who enjoys detail, collaboration, and problem-solving. You’ll write test cases, log bugs, support regression testing, and may grow into automation or UAT as you progress.

We’re working with a rapidly expanding tech company based in Fareham. As they continue to scale, they’re looking to bring a QA Engineer into their in-house engineering team to help ensure quality across their mobile (Flutter), web, and internal platforms.

This is a hands‑on manual testing role suited for a Junior or Mid-Level QA professional who is passionate about quality, detail, and collaboration. You'll play a vital role in identifying bugs, verifying features, and working closely with cross‑functional teams. There's also potential to grow into test automation or software development if you’re interested.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out manual testing across mobile apps, web platforms, and internal systems
