As part of their 2025–2026 expansion strategy, they’re seeking a Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical software engineering projects. Software Project Management position overview:

As a Software Project Manager, you’ll drive Agile delivery of complex, client-facing software solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure projects meet client expectations, industry standards, and timelines.

  • Manage full software project lifecycles – planning, execution, deployment, and post-delivery support
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders
  • Define scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality financial software solutions
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience managing software development projects
  • Strong Agile methodology knowledge and experience with project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
