A software deployment firm in the UK seeks an Implementation Manager to lead the global deployment of their Digital Inspection Software. The role involves coordinating implementation projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery across customer's dealer networks. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in software implementation or project management within SaaS environments. We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the global deployment of our Digital Inspection Software across one of our customer's dealer network. In this customer-dedicated role, you will coordinate the end-to-end implementation of a digital inspection platform used for construction and agricultural equipment (e.g., diggers, access platforms, loaders, etc.) across multiple regions worldwide.
As the Implementation Manager you will start working full-time on a project consisting in implementing Machine Inspection and Machine Health Check digital solutions with the global organisation. After six months this allocation will be reduced to focus on other implementation projects.
You will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects for our customer implementation for a six-month period and then work with other projects. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their project/customer management career to gain experience in a fast-paced technology environment and the automotive industry.
