This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their project/customer management career to gain experience in a fast-paced technology environment and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for project leaders, dealer representatives, and internal teams
  • Implementation Planning: Develop and maintain detailed rollout plans, timelines, and progress reports
  • Configuration & Deployment: Supervise system setup, customization, and integration based on customer requirements
  • Training & Change Management: Coordinate training sessions, user onboarding, and adoption strategies for dealers and staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor pilot rollouts, collect feedback, and ensure issues are resolved promptly
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track usage, and report on progress and outcomes
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements to accelerate global adoption and improve user satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
  • Proven track record managing international rollout projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities; comfortable with planning and documentation
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical teams across cultures and time zones
  • Strongly desirable: any familiarity with equipment dealership operations or automotive/construction equipment industry
