Job description

Join a leading travel-tech provider shaping the future of tour operating software.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, global travel-tech company that is looking for an ambitious, client-facing Software Implementation Consultant to join their team.

If you have experience in leisure travel, love problem-solving, and are passionate about technology, this is an exceptional opportunity to develop your career in one of the industry’s most innovative sectors.

The Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll be at the centre of customer onboarding and product adoption.
Your mission: train users, optimise processes, and help Tour Operators get the very best from a market-leading software platform.

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality training to customers across different tour operating environments.
  • Analyse client workflows and map software features to real business needs.
  • Run workshops to gather requirements and recommend smart configuration solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, BAs, Developers, and third-party partners.
  • Support software testing by helping design and execute test scenarios and scripts.
  • Produce clear and engaging documentation, from user guides to client-specific materials.
The Ideal Candidate

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 2–5 years’ experience in a Tour Operator or leisure travel agency, with exposure to tools, processes, and customer journeys.
  • Are genuinely passionate about technology and how it transforms travel operations.
  • Are curious, analytical, and always looking for smarter ways of doing things.
  • Communicate confidently, whether in training rooms, workshops, or documentation.
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Are degree-educated and comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Are open to occasional travel to customer sites.

Bonus points if you have experience in support, training, software implementation, or consulting — but passion and mindset matter just as much.

Why This Is a Great Move
  • Step into one of the most exciting niches of the travel industry.
  • Work alongside product specialists shaping next-gen travel systems.
  • Make a direct impact on how tour operators scale, innovate, and delight customers.
  • Build strong consulting, product, and technical skills that accelerate your career.
