Motability Operations Limited invites talented undergraduates to join its Software Engineering team for a 12-month placement in industry. You’ll actively contribute to production software within agile teams, mentored throughout the year, and exposed to modern technologies including AI.

Qualifications

• Studying in the second year of your degree that includes a year in industry, and eager to start a placement in July 2027.
• Curious about technology and enjoys exploring or learning about new technologies through study, projects or personal interests
• Passionate about learning, including both technical and non-technical skills
• Excited to join us in our Bristol office at least three days a week

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production software as part of an agile product team.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, UX Designers and other roles to deliver value.
• Engage in mentoring and learning activities while contributing to meaningful projects.
