Job summary

Jobtailor in London is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the stability and evolution of our software platform. You will drive high-quality deliveries, champion engineering excellence, and mentor senior engineers to deliver measurable business value.

You will embed DevOps practices, shape system design and architecture, and partner with stakeholders to balance speed and reliability while pushing for elite DORA performance.
