Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality software solutions. You will be responsible for driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and aligning development efforts with business objectives. This role requires a balance of technical understanding and strong leadership skills to guide teams through complex projects while maintaining a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI capabilities into software systems, including prompt engineering, API integration, and leveraging LLM‑based services for automation and productivity.
