Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer to join its National Security team in Winchester. You will work on technically challenging, mission-critical projects across Cyber, Cloud, AI/ML and DevOps, developing and securing software for Linux, Windows and Android.

You will be involved in software development, security, testing and reverse engineering, working with experienced teams to deliver robust solutions and deployment-ready software.

Qualifications

• Experience in software analysis and reverse engineering.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Java or C#.
• Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell or Groovy and security-focused development.

Responsibilities

Cyber Software Engineer – National Security

A leading technology organisation is growing its National Security team and is looking for a Cyber Software Engineer to work on technically challenging, mission‑critical projects.

You’ll work across Cyber, Cloud, AI/ML and DevOps, developing and securing software across platforms including Linux, Windows and Android. Projects can range from IoT devices and user equipment through to servers and cloud environments.

THE ROLE

You’ll be involved in software development, security, testing and reverse engineering, working on complex problems where research and experimentation are key.

You’ll work with experienced engineering teams to develop solutions, build robust testing pipelines and take software through to operational deployment.
