Further information is available at www.paysafe.com.

It starts here. Have a global impact on the world of payments. Up for a new challenge? Want to be responsible for a complex application used by 2,500 users? Salesforce is the #1 CRM, with 90% of the Fortune 500 companies using it. It is a platform as a service offering that we customize to Paysafe's needs, using code and non-code configuration. Join Paysafe to work on our highly customized in-house Salesforce setup with 2,500 users. You will consolidate and improve sales processes (B2B) and customer service processes (B2B and B2C) and support an ongoing org merger. You can expand your experience as a Salesforce developer within our team, or if you have professional Java or C# experience, you can learn the specifics of the Salesforce platform on the job.

Responsibilities
  • Software development on the Salesforce platform, mostly backend using Apex (similar to Java/C#) and a few LWCs (HTML5 and JavaScript).
  • Work in a growing development team, following our flavor of Scrum with bi-weekly releases.
  • Discuss business requirements with product owners and come up with creative solutions for users and stakeholders.
  • Work on applications for Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Compliance and other teams.
  • Configuration and maintenance of Paysafe's Salesforce instances.
  • Take responsibility for the Salesforce implementation of major projects from start to finish, collaborating with other development teams and building solutions that will be used by hundreds of users every day.
  • Adapt complex customer service processes, consolidate merchant onboarding processes or help our Risk and Compliance team keep our business secure.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years professional experience with an object-oriented language or as a Salesforce developer
  • Working knowledge of SQL, database systems and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Independent, collaborative and proactive style of working
  • Good communicator with the ability to liaise with business stakeholders
  • Nice to have: SFDC development experience is a great plus
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/XP team
  • Spanish language skills
