  • Participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes.
  • Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate, maintaining high standards of communication and transparency.
  • Support production deployments and perform validation testing during off-hours maintenance windows.
  • Act as a technical support escalation point for critical issues reported by users.
  • Meet project deadlines by managing testing schedules effectively.
  • Deliver software that meets or exceeds quality standards and acceptance criteria through rigorous testing.

  • Proficient in test automation and scripting with experience in setting up new frameworks; expertise in various libraries and tools for executing a range of tests (e.g., unit, integration, UI, performance); familiar with functional programming languages and concepts, ideally with direct experience in Rust.
  • High attention to detail with a quality orientation; strong analytical skills capable of understanding and translating complex technical issues into clear actionable items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team setting; strong documentation skills.
