Requirements

• We require hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We require experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using one or more modern programming languages, including Python, and database querying languages; hands‑on backend Python development is required.
• We require demonstrable ability to code in one or more languages, such as Java, Django, or SQL.
• We require experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• We require exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• We require hands‑on experience using enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted software development tools at work, with the ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI‑generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• We require an understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and security and resiliency expectations, as well as the ability to guide peers on safe and effective use.
• We prefer familiarity with modern front‑end technologies such as React.
• We prefer exposure to cloud technologies.
