Full Stack Software Engineer (Java) – Enterprise Platforms

As a software engineer within the Business Collaboration group, you will apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders to stay focused on common goals. We embrace a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. You will work in a collaborative, trusting environment that encourages diverse thought and creative solutions for customers globally. You will be responsible for development of key regulatory controls in the Voice recording assurance space and will participate in developing the next generation of Voice Analytics (Speech to Text) Platform and Search Engine development. You will be part of a feature team delivering against an agreed product roadmap through agile practices.

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, testing and deployment of our platform as part of a cross-functional feature team.
  • Develop and maintain key regulatory controls in the Voice recording assurance space.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product roadmaps and deliverables.
