Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Software Engineer Expert for a remote contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts for software engineering usability, identify errors in slides, spreadsheets, and documents, and provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs.

Expect independent, asynchronous work to meet deadlines while enhancing model performance. Candidates should have 5+ years of software engineering experience, native or professional English, and strong MS Office/Google Workspace

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience at a top firm in the US/UK/Canada/Australia/New Zealand.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Compensation: $100-$150/hour
