Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to define and implement new features. Mentor junior frontend engineers, offering guidance and contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team environment. Contribute to architectural decisions, interface design, and the overall technical direction of the frontend platform. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of the frontend platform, adhering to best coding practices and standards. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve code quality within the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frontend frameworks to improve the development process and user experience.
