Job summary

Permutable is building intelligent systems to automate market analysis using NLP and multi-LLM frameworks. You will design and implement robust backend services and scalable data pipelines that power AI-driven financial analytics.

Join a small, ambitious startup where you’ll work directly with the founder, mentor by senior engineers, and have hybrid flexibility with three days per week in our Vauxhall hub. Your contributions will move production quickly and shape our platform’s growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Python expert with strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), containerisation (Docker), automated testing, and monitoring
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, ambitious, eager to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Bonus: hands-on experience with distributed systems, AWS services, or AI/LLM applications

Responsibilities

As a small, ambitious startup, you’ll work directly with our founder and a core team of talented engineers to drive innovation.

What You’ll Do
