Are you a proactive developer who loves picking things up and running with them? We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team at TIDE, part of the Anglian Water Group. You’ll work on exciting projects, including future AI initiatives, and help us build modern, cloud-native solutions that make a real impact.

You’ll be involved across the full software development lifecycle—writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with peers, and contributing to best practices. If you’re passionate about technology and eager to learn, this is the role for you.

What does it take to be a software engineer at TIDE?
  • Strong C# experience with .NET
  • Solid understanding of SQL or other relational databases
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
And ideally experience with the following:
  • Angular or React with TypeScript
  • Azure services (Functions, Web Apps, Entra) and cloud-native architecture
  • Infrastructure as code (Bicep), containers, message queuing
  • Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
  • GIT version control
  • Working with spatial data
  • Exposure to AI technologies
