This is your chance to kickstart your career in a fast-growing team, in an even faster-growing company — building a product that will redefine how chemical companies operate.

Role Brief

The best products are built by people who are willing to put themselves in the shoes of their users. This requires an ability to understand the user experience deeply, translate user needs into effective workflows, and then implement those workflows using strong technical ability.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work across the product to build intuitive, reliable and scalable software for users who depend on Worldover every day. You’ll care about the quality of the customer experience and the quality of the implementation.

Your implementations will include fullstack features, agentic workflows for users, internal tooling, and more.

In the new world of AI enabled development, we believe technical ability is relevant more than ever. Technical knowledge and experience can be multiplied by AI tools. You'll be working closely with these AI tools in your day‑to‑day and collaborate with the rest of the team on improving AI development workflows.
