The team is building an innovative platform integrating Large Language Models and Artificial Intelligence over complex data models, allowing their customers to have a much better insight into their systems. For you, this is an opportunity to contribute to the core of the platform, helping shape it from the ground up as it evolves from a prototype into a functioning product. The company values an iterative approach to development, emphasising simple architecture that is easy to follow, allowing things to keep moving, code to keep shipping and updates to improve the product.

Fundamentally, you’re a sponge eager to learn, soaking up as much knowledge as possible so you can contribute to the technical challenges faced. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, enhancing your skills across both front-end and back-end technologies. While not expected to be an expert in every domain, you should have a strong foundation in core engineering principles. In use is the modern TypeScript stack, utilising Node, Nest, Next and React, combined with Python for LLMs and data.

As there are many challenges to overcome with the early stage of the company, the co-founders feel that solving complex problems requires collaboration and in-person teamwork. They work together in person day to day in order to ensure everyone's voice is heard and decisions to move forward are agreed by all parties. It is understood that sometimes there is a need for flexibility, and if you have something important to do remote work is fine!
