Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deploying aspects of a new service to a managed cloud platform.
• Integration changes to existing services to support the new one.
• Working on a ticketed system for incident, change, service requests and problem resolution.
• Building deployment packages.
• Continuous service improvement.
• Updating service documentation.
• Writing & passing API tests, updating API documentation where required.
