Job summary

You will develop secure execution environments, multi-model validation pipelines, and AI-assisted coding workflows, ensuring safety, auditability, and high performance throughout production systems.

Qualifications

• Proven Rust experience
• Strong systems programming and secure coding practices
• Direct, high proficiency using LLMs and AI agents for development, such as Cursor, Copilot, and autonomous coding agents
• Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment challenges, including security, regulatory risk, and auditability
• Strong debugging skills with an emphasis on latency, safety, and scalability
• Nice to have: background in regulated industries such as finance, banking, or healthcare
• Nice to have: experience with formal verification, applied cryptography, or verifiable compute
• Nice to have: experience with sandboxing technologies such as Wasm, VMs, or containers
• Nice to have: open-source Rust contributions

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core components of our framework using idiomatic Rust
• Develop secure execution environments, multi-model validation pipelines, and filtering systems to prevent data leakage and policy violations
• Use LLMs, AI agents, and coding copilots extensively to write, test, and refactor code
• Architect systems that integrate safely with foundation models while meeting strict compliance and governance requirements
• Review AI-generated code for security, performance, and correctness, and build CI/CD optimized for AI-assisted workflows
• Translate compliance protocols into production-ready software
