Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a music technology company in Northampton to recruit a Software Development Lead (Audio Technology). You will lead the software and firmware team, shaping future products used by musicians worldwide.

We are seeking someone with commercial software experience, Agile Scrum, and JUCE framework expertise. This role offers £50,000-£55,000 plus progression, training and benefits including 25 days holiday and company discounts.
