Qualifications

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with at least one general-purpose language (Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
• Experience with data structure implementation and object-oriented design principles.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary Amazonians to design, build, and operate innovative products and services.
• Break down complex, ambiguous problems into well-defined, solvable components.
• Contribute to the design and development of scalable, reliable services with distributed-systems scope.
• Conduct code reviews as a core engineering practice and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to clear and accurate technical documentation.
• Use GenAI and AI-powered tools to enhance development productivity, and validate AI-generated code.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and CI/CD principles.
