Job summary

bet365 Group is seeking a Software Developer to join the Verification team on a ground-up re-architecture, delivering low-latency, scalable solutions. You will work in a full-stack capacity across Golang, React and cloud platforms, with Kafka, SQL, .Net and TypeScript shaping the stack.

You will contribute to real-time AI-driven verification pipelines, collaborate in agile ways, and help maintain robust tooling and CI processes while supporting product owners and QA during delivery cycles.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in web client or server-side development.
• Experience working with front and backend technology.
• Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang or TypeScript; expertise in similar technologies welcome.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical matters across business areas.
• Experience in high-change environments.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding of automation and developer tooling such as CI systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline, or relevant professional experience.

As a Software Developer, you will be experienced and passionate about joining our dedicated Verification team as we embark on a ground up re-architecture.

Within the Verification team, you will be developing, enhancing and supporting our Business critical Verification platform. From the delivery of real time facial recognition systems utilising innovative AI technology, to core operational tooling.

Verification operates as a full stack team who are in the process of undertaking a ground up re-architecture into Golang, React and Cloud platforms. Core skills within the team are Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang and Typescript.

You will be working in a team of talented developers and you will deliver the highest quality Verification solutions for our customers and operational teams. You will have the ability to develop low latency, highly available and scalable solutions, following agile practices at an enterprise level.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Commercial experience within web clients or server-side development.

Experience working with front and backend technology.

Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang or Typescript, though expertise in similar or alternative technologies is welcome.
